Trail Armor offers half-door style debris shields and mudguards designed specifically for various Polaris RZR models, including the RZR, RZR 570, RZRS, RZR XP 900, RZR XC, and RZR S 570. These shields are designed to protect you from debris and mud while enjoying your off-road adventures.

The debris shields are made of 5/8" solid high-density UHMW plastic, providing durability and resistance to wear. Importantly, they do not require drilling into your roll cage for installation. The door hanger and strike plates mount on existing factory holes, ensuring a straightforward installation process. Unlike sheet metal door panels, these door panels from Trail Armor are rust-resistant and resistant to dings and bending.

The set includes rotary paw slam latches and powder-coated hinges and strike plates for secure closure and longevity. All exterior fasteners are weather-resistant black zinc, giving the doors a clean finish. The front doors open suicide-style, allowing for easy full extension entry and egress. The tight-fitting, slim-line profile of the doors enables navigation in tight spots without anything to hang on.

These debris shields and mud guards have a lightweight and durable design, providing a factory-like fit and finish that Trail Armor is known for. The installation process is made easier with photo-documented installation instructions.
