Here's the straight truth about how shipping works at Renegade Powersports.

How Most Orders Ship

The vast majority of products in our store are fulfilled through Shopify Collective, which means your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier to your door. We don't touch the box. We don't pack it. We don't hand it to the carrier. That's the deal, and we think it's a good one because it means you're getting parts shipped straight from the source, often faster than if they went through us first.
Because of this, we have no control over shipping times, carriers, or fulfillment speed for Collective products. Once you place your order, it's in the hands of the supplier and the carrier. We can't speed it up, reroute it, or make it appear faster than it is.

Shipping Times

All shipping times are estimates only. They are not guarantees. Carriers miss their windows. Warehouses get backed up. Weather happens. We will not be held responsible for delays outside our control.
If a specific product page shows an estimated delivery window, that information comes from the supplier and is provided in good faith. We cannot guarantee it.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it. That tracking link is your best source of real-time information on where your package is. If the tracking shows it's delivered and you don't have it, check with your neighbors and your carrier before contacting us.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Some items may ship free. Some won't. You'll see the exact cost before you confirm your order.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost, contact us at info@renegade-powersports.com as soon as possible. We'll work with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged after delivery confirmation.

Local Pickup

If you're local to White Pigeon, MI and want to pick something up in person, reach out to us at info@renegade-powersports.com before placing your order. Not all products are available for local pickup, but we'll do our best to accommodate you.
