 We set out to produce an exhaust that looks great, sounds great, has adjustable sound levels, and has a price tag that won't have your significant other screaming at you (we can't be the only ones?).  \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003c\/li\u003e\r\n\u003cli\u003eThis exhaust sounds amazing with a nice throaty bark when fully open, but it is loud without the quiet core(s).  We prefer this exhaust with our Stealth Cap and our Spark Arrestor.  The Stealth Cap blocks one outlet and actually makes it quieter than a single outlet muffler.  The exhaust produced the most power with the Stealth Cap installed as this motor likes a good amount of back pressure.  Adding the Spark Arrestor to the other outlet made no difference in power.   In this configuration we gain a massive 10-12 RWHP over the OEM exhaust @ 44 MPH and it sounds great with a deep tone while not being crazy loud.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003c\/li\u003e\r\n\u003cli\u003eWe also have our Super Stealth Quiet Core.  This core is used in conjunction with the Stealth Cap.  It's a core with a 1\" baffled tube that reduces sound greatly.  The internal end can be adjusted giving you less flow\/sound if adjusted towards the end of the muffler.  Keep in mind the Super Stealth Cap is restrictive! Tuner will allow you to view and erase most trouble codes Easily program back to stock if needed Easily data log 25 parameters on the fly and review on a Windows computer later Crew cab models will need a cable extension if you plan on mounting the tuner. If you plan on simply flashing and removing the tuner, you would not need the extension. Most with Rangers do not mount the tuner, but you certainly can. Choose between different tunes for 87 octane or 91 octane The Level 1 tune is the most common and is meant for the factory exhaust system, and no other major engine modifications. When properly clutched, this tune is capable of 95-100 HP on 91 octane fuel. With the 87 octane timing curve, you would see around 90-92 horsepower. Peak power is made between 7500-7800 RPM, so clutching is highly recommended for best performance. The Level 2 tune has all the features of the Level 1 tune but with fueling designed for an exhaust system. Gains would depend on the exhaust that you are using, but normally would show another 5-10 crank HP. Wondering why go with our tune(s) over the DynoJet tunes? They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which has increased wear resistance, improved fatigue strength, and added surface lubricity. These clutch weights also offer great performance, and the ability to tune for many different applications or modification in the future, without the need to buy extra parts.  The magnetic weights are the best option to properly place the mass where we need it on the weight for best performance for your application. Our great setup guideline lets you know how to set the weights up for different size tires and other variables, as well as how to check to make sure clutching is setup correctly. DISCLAIMER\/SPECIAL NOTES ABOUT THIS CLUTCH : This clutch is louder at idle as these clutches have a loose spider\/slider tolerance until engine RPM ramps up. This clutch is tight under the cover and MAY slightly contact the plastic at idle, making a few wear marks(extremely uncommon, but we have seen it due to cover variances).   The primary bolt has a turned down (shortened) head to clear under the cover. This is easier to strip, so use care when tightening and make sure you use an 18mm 6 point socket. fittings for your application.  First select a location on the top side of the A Arm bushing housing and drill a hole.  Be sure to drill the hole in the center of the housing and that as the A Arm rotates it isn't in a location that it can impact the frame (see photo).  It may help to use a punch to mark the spot first as drilling on a rounded surface can be difficult and this will help the drill bit avoid slipping.  Next use the tap and slowly tap the hole.  It may be beneficial to use a penetrating oil such as WD-40 or equivalent.  Once the hole is tapped, clean the hole and bushings housing thoroughly with brake cleaner and an air hose.  Then simply screw in the new grease zerk fittings and tighten them to install the grease zerk fitting.  Once the grease zerk fitting is installed in the A Arm, use a quality grease (see recommendations below) and coat the bushing as well as the inside of the A Arm bushing housing with a layer of grease.  Then use a rubber mallet to gently tap the bushings in each end, being sure the O-ring is facing the outside.  Finally gently drive the pin through the center.  If a rubber mallet is not available you may use a vice with blocks of wood on each side to keep from damaging the bushing, then gently press the bushing in.  When installing back on the machine be sure to apply grease or anti-seize to the bolts allowing for easy removal in the future as well as to keep them from squeaking while in use.  \u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eOnce the bushings are properly installed, proceeded to use a grease gun connected to the grease zerk fittings to pump grease into the bushing.  You should pump grease until you feel resistance and then stop, do not force grease in after you begin to feel resistance as this could damage the O-ring seals.  You should try to pump grease into the grease zerk fitting at each maintenance interval but after the This primary clutch is our own version made with higher grade tool steel for the post, assembled with AA HD sliders , to our AA specifications. Works best on Rangers with 27-30\" tires and OEM gearing or those running 31-35\" tires with gear reduction. High Load Helix 107-1062: Slightly less aggressive than the 1043 helix with good acceleration gains\/power transfer over the OEM helix. Designed for a heavier vehicle, heavier tires, heavy sand load or crawling type riding in mind. Works best on Rangers with 31-35\" tires and OEM gearing. Excellent all around helix for any Ranger! Our Recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which has increased wear resistance, improved fatigue strength, and added surface lubricity. These clutch weights also offer great performance, and the ability to tune for many different applications or modification in the future, without the need to buy extra parts. The magnetic weights are the best option to properly place the mass where we need it on the weight for best performance for your application. Our great setup guideline lets you know how to set the weights up for different size tires and other variables, as well as how to check to make sure clutching is setup correctly. DISCLAIMER\/SPECIAL NOTES ABOUT THIS CLUTCH : This clutch is louder at idle as these clutches have a loose spider\/slider tolerance until engine RPM ramps up. This clutch is tight under the cover and MAY slightly contact the plastic at idle, making a few wear marks(extremely uncommon, but we have seen it due to cover variances). The primary bolt has a turned down (shortened) head to clear under the cover. This is easier to strip, so use care when tightening and make sure you use an 18mm 6 point socket. If dissembling the clutch, the 6 spring cover button head allen bolts are also easy to strip if you use the wrong size(or standard), they are a 4mm.
